To join the PPI Group (PPI Consultants / Professional Property Inspectors) as an independent affiliate or technical partner, the group operates on a turnkey partnership model that enables you to launch within a 90-day fast-track program. You do not need a prior engineering degree—affiliates conduct front-end data collection and routine property inspections, while PPI’s internal network of registered professional engineers reviews and certifies complex structural and technical components.

Step-by-Step Onboarding Process

1. Attend an Informational Webinar or Book a Consultation: Prerequisite before territory allocation.

Register for an upcoming informational webinar (On 28 October 2026 at 7 pm!) or request a direct 1-on-1 discovery call through the PPI Consultants Partner Page. This session outlines the operational blueprint, legal compliance requirements (such as SANS 10400 standards), and financial modeling.

2. Check Territory Availability and Apply: Exclusive regional territories apply.

PPI assigns exclusive, protected trading regions across South Africa and Namibia to eliminate internal competition. Contact Head Office via email to verify whether your desired local operational territory or municipal node is open.

3. Sign the Affiliate Agreement and Pay Setup Fees:

Once approved for a region, execute the partner agreement.

• Turnkey Entry/Registration Investment: R13,900 (excl. VAT). This covers your onboarding, brand licensing rights, marketing starter kits, and proprietary software setup.

• Monthly Platform & Brand Management Fee: R1,500 (excl. VAT) per month. This covers software updates, quality-control reviews, head office engineering backing, and brand maintenance.

4. Complete the 90-Day Fast-Track & APPISA Training:

Undergo accredited work-based training modules via APPISA:

• Month 1: Fast-track foundation covering property compliance, residential standards, and move-in/move-out rental checklists.

• Month 2: Practical field mentorship and joint inspections.

• Month 3: Full regional deployment, marketing outreach, and report delivery.
